Hidden Lakes is within walking distance to Downtown Fullerton, one of Orange County’s most beloved commercial and tourist areas. Historic preservation efforts and with the city supporting its downtown, it is sure to continue to thriving as more and more business are opening shop in Downtown. There so many great restaurants, shopping boutiques, and novelty stores along Harbor Blvd. At night, Downtown continues to thrive with its popular nightlife teeming with OC’s hottest clubs and bars.
The 91 and 57 are two of the main arteries that will enable residents of Hidden Lakes to have access to other parts of the Southland. Traffic is most busy during rush hour but Hidden Lakes residents will not need to trek very far to get out of the local area.
With gas prices rising and the stress of being stuck in traffic, more people have been thinking of alternatives to driving, like taking the the train. Metrolink serves the City of Fullerton with the Fullerton train station. Its cost efficient and more stress-free than driving. The train station is not too far from Hidden Lakes.
Another great amenity adjacent to the Hidden Lakes community is Hillcrest Park. The scenic park is filled with mature shade trees, great access to trails, and large picnic areas that are perfect for any social outing. Scattered throughout the park are historic buildings and monuments with war memorials dedicated to Fullerton residents who served the country in any major war. It is definitely worth visitng.
